-The cruise fare DOES NOT include gratuities, bar beverages, soft drinks, phone calls, photographs, parking and any other items of a personal nature.

-Effective for all sailings beginning October 1, 2016 the Port of Palm Beach has enacted in their new tariff a Cruise Terminal Infrastructure fee of $1 per cruise passenger. This fee is to provide the Port the financial resources needed to construct, enhance, and maintain the Cruise Passenger Terminal Infrastructure in such a manner as to comply with Federal requirements including, but not limited to the Federal Maritime Transportation Security Act.

-Six months old is the minimum age requirement for sailing in light of the capabilities of our onboard medical facilities to handle neo-natal/pediatric medical issues.

-Women who will be entering their 24th week of pregnancy (or are further along) at any time during their cruise will not be permitted to board.

-Passengers who are mobility-impaired or disabled cannot travel without a “Fit for Travel” from their physician. Passengers who request a handicapped accessible cabin must produce a “Fit for Travel” indicating their condition. Email cruise@amazingthemestravel.com for information.

-Passengers who are bringing a wheelchair on their cruise must be advised that their wheelchair should be no more than 35” wide and collapsible.

-Electric Scooters may be used on the vessel. Special adapters are required to recharge the scooter onboard. Passengers must contact the Information Desk onboard for assistance.

-Passengers requiring a wheelchair on or off the vessel may rent one once they are on board the vessel, Paradise Cruise Line Operator, Ltd., does not guarantee to have wheelchairs available for passenger use.

-Passengers with special needs or medical conditions must make this known at the time of booking. Paradise Cruise Line Operator, Ltd., reserves the right to request passengers provide us with documentation from their physician indicating they are fit to travel.

-Any special food requests (i.e. Kosher meals, Vegan, Gluten Free, etc.) must be made at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply.

-Passenger information (dates of birth, citizenship, home address, home phone number, sex, passport numbers, place of issue and expiration dates, etc.) must be received at the time of booking for each passenger.

-Passengers must have required documentation as specified by the United States Department of Homeland Security. U.S. Citizens must provide proof of citizenship with a valid U.S. Passport or an original state issued birth certificate with the raised seal and a government issued picture ID such as a driver’s license. All U.S. and Canadian Citizens doing the Cruise & Resort Stay package must provide a valid passport. Non-U.S. citizens must present a valid passport and should contact their appropriate consulates for any other required documentation. Clients without proper documentation will be denied boarding. No refunds will be issued for passengers who are denied boarding due to lack of or unacceptable documentation.

-It is the passengers’ responsibility to determine what documentation is necessary to travel to the Bahamas and return to the U.S.

-There is an age (50 years)/weight (200 lbs.) limit, as well as restriction for any person having a medical condition, for the berthing in an upper bunk. Passengers exceeding the age limitation or those with medical conditions will be required to sign a release prior to confirming a reservation. Those over 200 lbs. will not be permitted in an upper berth and should it be necessary to change their cabin, they will be charged the applicable fees.

-Cabin assignments are made at the discretion of Cruise Line Operator, based on the purchase of inside or outside cabins.

-The cruise fare does not include gratuities, bar beverages, soft drinks, phone calls, photographs, parking and any other items of a personal nature.

-In accordance with Homeland Security, all passengers must be on board the vessel by 4:30 P.M.

-DIRECTIONS TO THE PORT OF PALM BEACH COMING FROM THE NORTH:
From I-95 South take Exit 76, Blue Heron Boulevard, and proceed east to US Highway 1 (Broadway). Turn right (heading south) onto US Highway 1. Proceed approximately one mile south and make a left on East 11th Street (located at the north end of the bridge).
COMING FROM THE SOUTH: From I-95 North take Exit 74, 45th Street, and proceed east to US Highway 1 (Broadway). Turn left (heading north) onto US Highway 1. Proceed approximately one-mile north over the Skypass Bridge to East 11th Street (located at the north end of the bridge) and turn right.

-PARKING:
Valet parking is currently $20 per vehicle but is subject to change in accordance with the Port Authority.
